The Cana Island Lighthouse was built in 1869 and is an active navigational aid. Thanks to artists and photographers, it is also one of the most recognizable lighthouses on the Great Lakes. Take the opportunity to see this beautiful landmark from the waters of Lake Michigan.
Your cruise is aboard the Reel Addiction, a 27-ft Grady-White boat that accommodates up to 6 passengers. The boat is safe and comfortable and is equipped with a head (bathroom).
The cruise begins in Rowleys Bay and follows the Lake Michigan shoreline south past North Bay. Once near Cana Island, the lighthouse can be observed from different perspectives allowing great photo taking opportunities. The 90-minute cruise can be scheduled anytime but views can be breathtaking near sunset.
Sunset lighthouse cruises are scheduled throughout the charter season. Normal departure time is 7 PM during June, July and early August. Other times by arrangement.
Price: $39.95 per adult + Wisconsin sales tax; 3-person minimum. Children 7-12 are half fare and children under 7 ride free with paid adult fare
